Program technology is provided by iDeal Buyer Intelligence, a service of iDeal Business Development, LLC, which processes information on our behalf.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and city.
- Project details: property type, homeownership, the screen or shade services you're interested in, project size, timeframe and estimate preferences.
- Your consent choices and typed electronic signature, with the date and consent-language version.
- Basic technical data such as the page you registered from and referring page.
How we use it
- To register you for PeakRewards, verify eligibility, and issue reward certificates.
- To schedule and perform your free in-home estimate and any project you choose.
- To contact you by call, text or email only as you've permitted, including AI and automated calls and texts if you opted in.
- To operate, secure and improve the program.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the program (such as iDeal Buyer Intelligence and reward certificate fulfillment partners), and when required by law. Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is never a condition of participation, of any reward, or of any purchase.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, or ask us to stop calling. You may request access to or deletion of your information by calling 602-884-2383.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to run the program, fulfill rewards and meet legal obligations.
