PeakRewards Program Terms

PeakRewards is a promotional program operated by Peak Window & Door Screens Services, LLC ("Peak Screens"), with technology provided by iDeal Buyer Intelligence. By registering you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older in Peak Screens' Arizona service area.
- One registration and one certificate per household and per address.
- A valid email address and mobile number are required to claim any reward, and may be verified before a certificate is issued.
- Peak Screens employees and their households are not eligible.
Rewards
- Restaurant certificate (up to $100): earned by completing registration. No estimate, purchase, or consent to marketing contact is required.
- Upgrade to a restaurant certificate (up to $200): earned by booking and keeping a free in-home estimate with Peak Screens within 7 days of registering, with a homeowner present. The $200 certificate replaces the $100 certificate and is not in addition to it. Rescheduled or missed estimates outside the 7-day window do not qualify for the upgrade.
No purchase is required to earn either certificate.
Referral rewards for existing customers
- Existing Peak Screens customers may refer friends through the customer page.
- For each referred friend who is a new Peak Screens customer and attends a qualifying appointment (a free in-home estimate), the referrer receives a $100 restaurant certificate or may instead choose one product reward: wireless earbuds, a smart fitness watch, a home teeth whitening kit or a portable speaker. Scheduling alone does not qualify; the friend must attend the appointment. No purchase by the friend is required.
- Welcome Back reward: a returning Peak Screens customer who schedules and keeps a new appointment may choose one reward from the same list.
- Product rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of similar value. Product images are illustrative. The smart fitness watch is not a medical device. Teeth whitening results vary; follow product instructions.
- Each referred friend can be credited to one referrer only. Referrers must only submit friends who have agreed to be contacted by Peak Screens.
- Reviews are never required for, or tied to, any reward.
- Additional returning-customer specials are offered from time to time under the terms posted with each offer.
Certificate terms
Rewards are promotional certificates fulfilled by third-party providers and are governed by the terms printed on each certificate, which you receive in writing. Taxes, fees, blackout dates, availability limits, activation deadlines and restaurant minimum-purchase requirements may apply. Certificates have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with the purchase price of any project.
Timing
Certificates are typically emailed within 14 days after registration is verified or, for the upgrade, after the estimate is completed. Peak Screens may modify or end the program at any time; rewards already earned will be honored.
Calls and texts
Consent to calls or texts is optional and is never a condition of participation, of any reward, or of any purchase. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
General
Peak Screens may disqualify registrations that are fraudulent, duplicate, or made with false information. Void where prohibited. These terms are governed by Arizona law.
